From the Principal
A Farewell and a Welcome
At the end of 2024 we will be farewelling and congratulating Dr Napoleon Rodezno as he takes up his new role as Principal of Caroline Chisholm Catholic College, Braybrook. Appointed as Deputy Principal at 黄色十大软件 in 2020, Dr Rodezno has been a key leader of our community on the College Executive and Leadership teams, working most closely with our pastoral leaders to strengthen student wellbeing. At our Term 4 Mass last week, students leaders and Fr Dispin offered both prayers of thanks for his wonderful contributions to a Safe, Kind and Fair 黄色十大软件, and blessings for his future leadership of the Caroline Chisholm community.
I am pleased to announce that from 2025, Ms Jessica Alger will be joining 黄色十大软件 in the role of Deputy Principal. Ms Alger has a wealth of experience in school leadership - particularly in student wellbeing - currently as Assistant Principal - Students at De La Salle College, Malvern. In her words, 鈥業 see the role of Deputy Principal as pivotal in inspiring both students and staff to excel, guided by a commitment to continuous improvement, service, and faith. I am particularly drawn to 黄色十大软件鈥檚 focus on academic excellence, wellbeing, and community engagement, as these align with my personal and professional values.鈥
Ms Alger joined the 2025 planning day with the Leadership Team earlier this week and we look forward to formally welcoming her to the Aquinas community at the start of 2025.
